Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage saves information on your device and is a similar technology, although its contents are not automatically sent to the server with each request.
What this website uses
The website code does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or load third-party widgets. When you select “Understood”, it only saves a local preference recording that you have read the notice. Hosting services may use additional technical mechanisms belonging to their platform; these must be reviewed if hosting changes.
Notice preference
Name: selvi_cookie_notice_v1. Type: first-party local storage. Purpose: remember acknowledgement of the notice. Content: acknowledgement date, with no user identifier. Effective lifetime: 180 days; afterwards the notice is shown again and the previous preference is removed on a website visit. You may delete it earlier in your browser. This preference does not enable tracking tools.
Management
You can reopen the notice using “Cookie settings” in the footer and remove the preference using “Reset notice”. You may also delete site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Access to the website does not depend on acknowledging the notice. If local storage is blocked, the notice may appear again.
External services and changes
Google Maps and Instagram are opened through links and do not load when visiting these pages. Their policies apply if you access them. If optional cookies are added, this policy and the consent system must be updated before they are enabled.
Classification
Storage technologies may be first-party or third-party, session-based or persistent. Purposes may include essential functionality, preferences, measurement or behavioural advertising. These are general categories and do not imply that all are used here. The inventory in this policy concerns the notice preference included in the current website code.
Technical nature of the notice
The preference is saved only after selecting “Understood”. It contains a timestamp to avoid repeating the notice during its lifetime, with no name, email, advertising identifier or browsing history. This website code does not transmit it to a server. It is stored per origin; another website address or browser may therefore display the notice again.
Information and consent
Technologies strictly necessary for a service requested by the visitor fall under the exception in Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002. “Understood” acknowledges this notice, rather than consenting to advertising or analytics, because these tools are not included. Closing or ignoring the notice neither authorises optional technologies nor prevents access to content.
Removing or resetting the preference
“Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the notice. “Reset notice” removes the local preference and closes the panel; it appears again on the next load. You may also clear site data in your browser. Deletion applies to that browser and device and does not itself change records held by external services.
Browser settings
Browsers offer controls to manage cookies and site data, block storage or delete it when a session ends. Consult your browser’s current help for its options. Blocking local storage does not prevent access to content, but acknowledgement will not be remembered. Optional cookies are not required to view this website.
Changes to tools or hosting
Before adding analytics, advertising, embedded videos or maps, or other non-essential technologies, their operation, providers, purposes and durations must be assessed and the information and consent controls updated. Technologies requiring consent must remain inactive until it is given. Hosting may add technical mechanisms outside the website code; these need checking in the final environment.
